The Principles and Practice of Clinical Research course is a continuing medical education course from the Department of Continuing Education at Harvard Medical School.
The application deadline for the main course, the six month Principles and Practice of Clinical Research, is published in advance of each intake. Applications may be accepted after the priority date on a space available basis and with permission from the course director, but no later than the final date set for that year. We strongly encourage candidates to complete their application in advance of the deadline to help processing.
Applications for the optional components can also be submitted after the main course deadline on a space available basis, with dates published for each component.
As part of the application we ask candidates to send a curriculum vitae, a cover letter stating the reasons for taking part, and a photograph that clearly shows the face. These are all submitted through the application form.
The published fee schedule for the main course and its optional components is set out below. Registration fees include a one year Small Stata 12 license, and shipping and handling are included. Registration fees do not include airfare or hotel arrangements.

A handling fee of $60 is deducted for a cancellation one month before the first tutorial lecture. No refunds are made after the beginning of the course.
